This study focused on analysing the presence of antibiotic resistance genes in sputum samples from adult people with CF and using these to predict the antibiotic susceptibility phenotype based on antibiograms. Uploaded data already has been preprocessed and host DNA has been removed using two reference genomes (GRCh38 and T2T-CHM13v2.0).
