global lakes GHG dataset

In this project, it inlcude a datasate and three code programs.Datasate: global lakes GHG concentrations and fluxes and associated water physico-chemical properties (Lakes_GHGs_measurements.xlsx).Three code programs: 1) the code used to calculate lake ice-free months (Calculated_ice_free_months_area.m).2) the code used to calculate GHG emissions globally based on lake size for each lake type (Caculate_Global_GHG_Area_all_lakes.m).3) the code used to genrate a GHG emissions shp based on LakeATLAS database (Build_GHG_shp.m)
