This cross-sectional study included 380 adults aged 18–59 years. Overweight and obesity were defined using Asian classifications. Assessments included blood biochemistry analysis (glucose, HDL-c, LDL-c, cholesterol, and triglyceride), anthropometric measurements, blood pressure, and dietary consumption evaluated through a semi-quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire.
