Gene expression profile at single cell level of primary and relapse mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare but often aggressive type of B-cell lymphoma with a high risk of relapse. To understand the mechanisms driving disease relapse, we employed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) in 20 diagnosed/untreated (primary) and/or relapsed samples from 11 MCL patients. scRNAseq was performed on 20 tumors from 11 MCL patients.
