Predicted habitat suitability grid developed using Maxent and reviewed by CDFW staff for use in the northern Sierra Nevada foothills wildlife connectivity project.
Scenario6: vegetation, distance to water, and elevation were used to predict habitat suitability. The vegetation layer in this scenario was defined by 15 vegetation classes. All bioclimatic variables were excluded in order to see the effects of the remaining variables on model outputs.
