RNA-Seq analysis of germinal center B cells from Tfr-depleted and control kidney transplant recipients

Assessment of transcriptional programs of germinal center B cells isolated from lymph nodes of Tfr-depleted (Tfr-DTR) and control (Tfr-Con) recipients post-transplantation to investigate the role of Tfr cells in kidney transplant rejection. Lymph node GC B cells were isolated from Tfr-depleted (Tfr-DTR) and control (Tfr-Con) kidney transplant recipients 20 days post-transplantation. Bulk RNA-Seq was performed to identify transcriptional differences.
