Cell size measurements using microscopy for the yeast mutants dbem1, dbem1dbem3 and the wild type using the CDC42-GAL promoter

Data from the microscopy images taken in different galactose concentrations (0% , 0.06% and 0.1%) at 8h and 24h of incubation, for yeast cells. <br>We aim to show how the cell size is a proxy to measure polarization time.<br>
