Supplementary data to "Perianth symmetry in sexually differentiated flowers of Akebia quinata (Lardizabalaceae)"

The supplementary data consist of the following files: A) "primary-data_01.txt" includes the landmark and semilandmark coordinates of Akebia quinata perienth outlines; first four columns specify sex, flower identity, imaging and digitisation of individual configurations; B) "R_script - symmetry analysis.odt" includes the R script used for the analysis if trimeric symmetry described in the paper submitted simultaneously to PeerJ; C) "R_script - multivariate Procrustes Anova.odt" includes the R script used for the multivariate Procrustes ANOVA model partitioning symmetric variation of perianths to different sources. D) Summary of the principal component analysis of the complete symmetry group of perianth shapes. Data for first 25 PCs are shown.
