Reproducible code and data for: Integrating new land cover classes into ecological models to predict their biodiversity impacts

This archive includes all R scripts and processed data required to reproduce every statistical analysis and figure in the paper, " Integrating new land cover classes into ecological models to predict their biodiversity impacts". The workflow is coordinated through the script master.R. Poll4pop model runs themselves are not re-executed within the archive because they depend on large UKCEH raster datasets that cannot be redistributed. Instead, we provide all derived outputs used in the analyses - predicted foraging abundance at each transect location, sampled parameter sets, and floral-cover datasets. These files are sufficient to reproduce all statistical results and figures in full.
