VPRS 19762 Investigations Committee Records

This series consists of records documenting the work of the Investigations Committee of the Office of the Special Investigator (VA 5326).  The purpose of the OSI Investigations Committee was to ensure good governance of the investigations carried out by the OSI investigations team. This was primarily through sharing of information across the investigations and legal teams, and reporting through to the Special Investigator. The records in this series include terms of reference, agendas, minutes, and key decisions of the Investigations Committee. The full set of minutes may not have been transferred in this series. The reason for this is not known.
