Microsatellite genotypes of Homalaspis plana from the Chilean Coast (20–39°S)

This dataset contains genotypic information for Homalaspis plana based on 6 microsatellite loci selected after a quality filtering process. The loci were originally developed by Andree et al. (2020) and genotyped using an ABI 3730XL in Macrogen Inc. Validation included the detection of null alleles using MICROCHECKER and testing for deviations from Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium (HWE) with Arlequin 3.5. Only loci showing no evidence of genotyping issues were retained. The dataset includes 222 individuals sampled along the Chilean coast (20–39°S).
