Between March 31 and August 7, 1985, scientists from the Northwest and Alaska Fisheries Center, Seattle, WA and the Pacific Scientific Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography's (TINRO) Laboratory of North Pacific Fish Resources, Vladivostok, U.S.S.R. conducted a cooperative bottom trawl survey of the central and western Gulf of Alaska and the Aleutian Islands.
