In this study, 6 of each Longdong beef cattle (LC), crossed F1 generation of Longdong beef cattle and Japanese cattle (LJC), and crossed F1 generation of Longdong beef cattle and Japanese cattle Simmental cattle (LSC) with similar age, weight and physique, and the same level of feeding and management were selected, and the longissimus dorsi (LD) was taken for testing meat quality indicators, fatty acid content, transcriptomics and metabolomics sequencing.
