An atomic capability for topic label classification of conversational texts in the communications domain. This capability enables topic label recognition, annotation and other related tasks based on conversational text data sourced from the 10000 customer service hotline. The underlying model is trained using word segmentation technology and unsupervised deep learning methods, and then encapsulated as an API, thus realizing the atomic capability of topic label classification for conversational texts in the communications domain.
