Butterflies with low thermoregulatory capacity show greatest upwards range shifts along an elevational gradient
收藏资源简介:
The files used in the analysis of the project titled 'Butterflies with low thermoregulatory capacity show greatest upwards range shifts along an elevational gradient', currently under review. The data files (Buff.csv and CTmax.csv) are cleaned and processed before analysis using the 'Preparing dataset.qmd' file. The analysis then takes place in the 'Thermal_traits_elevation.qmd' file. Note that Quarto was used to provide context and annotations throughout. Additional data was used from previous studies.
