data of Investigation on the unfrozen water content and freezing point models of saline soils

Reliable experimental measurements of unfrozen water content and freezing point used to evaluate the 29 unfrozen water content models and 6 soil freezing point models were taken from scientific peer-reviewed journals. The following criteria were used to screen the data: (1) detailed description of sample preparation; (2) complete soil information: wL, Ip, SSA, salt content, salt type, initial water content and freezing point; (3) each group of soil samples had more than 5 data points.
