RNAseq was done on untreated and tumor-treating fields (TTFields)-treated human glioblastoma cells. TTFields application was in 200 kHz frequency range. Cells were harvested after 72h and 288h. A comparison between the treated and untreated conditions was done in order to assess the transcriptional effects induced by TTFields over time.
