This file contains the geographical distribution of wind field intensities (peak velocity of 5 seconds gusts) for the entire globe, for 250 years return period. It was generated by integration of the intensity values contained in the files "Wind_Atlantic.AME", "Wind_EastPacific.AME", "Wind_NorthIndian.AME", "Wind_SudIndian.AME", "Wind_SudPacific.AME" and "Wind_WestPacific.AME".
