Supporting datasets for the study: 6PPD-quinone disrupts the MARCHF2-EXOC7 ubiquitin axis to drive ferroptosis and redox imbalance in podocytes

This repository contains the processed datasets supporting the associated manuscript investigating the molecular mechanism of 6PPD-Q-induced podocyte ferroptosis. The repository includes processed RNA-seq data, genome-wide CRISPR-Cas9 screening results, and LiP-MS peptide-level datasets. The original RNA-seq raw sequencing files (FASTQ) are no longer available because they could not be recovered from the sequencing service provider. Therefore, all available processed RNA-seq data are provided to facilitate transparency and reproducibility.
