One zip file has been uploaded, 'Williams_et_al_R_and_data_appendicies_8_22_17.zip'. This file contains:'CL_calculation-2017-08-22.tar.gz' - a .tar bundle with data and R code files used for analyses. 'UNBUNDLE_README.rtf.' - a file with instructions for opening and running the R code files in 'CL_calculation-2017-08-22.tar.gz' along with associated saved R package dependencies. 'unbindle.R' - a R code file to be executed using instructions in 'UNBUNDLE_README.rft''Guide_to_files.txt' - a list and description of files within 'CL_calculation-2017-08-22.tar.gz' NOTE: The tar.gz file can be opened and associated files can be accessed for viewing using most software for bundled files (ex: 7-zip on widows, archive utility on mac). However, if one wants to run the R code files using the provided R package dependencies, one should follow instructions in 'UNBUNDLE_README.rtf'. If you do not follow these instructions, we cannot guarantee that R scripts will execute without errors or generate the exact same results.
