IAA database for electron-molecule cross sections

Electron-Molecule Cross section databases for atmospheric gases: N2, O2, NO, Ar, O and N. The default recommended database was constructed from an extensive survey of available experimental and theoretical data up to 2023. A reader module in python is included for reading and loading differential and integral cross sections.
