Raw Data_Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, and Mental Health in Chinese College Students
收藏资源简介:
The dataset, “Raw Data_Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, and Mental Health in Chinese College Students”, was collected from undergraduate students at five universities in China using the Wenjuanxing platform (www.wjx.cn) between February and April 2025. After excluding invalid responses based on missing data, extreme response patterns, and abnormally short completion times, 788 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The study measured key variables including mindfulness, cognitive reappraisal, expressive suppression, mental health, and personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness) to examine their interrelations within a moderated mediation framework. This dataset provides valuable insights into the psychological mechanisms through which mindfulness and emotion regulation strategies influence mental health among Chinese college students, highlighting the moderating effects of personality traits in this process.
