This paper presents an ontological interpretation of photons in which each photon possesses an internal time dependent on its wavelength. While the speed of light and observable properties remain unchanged for an external observer, the internal time provides a hidden temporal structure intrinsic to the quantum state. Within this framework, quantum entanglement arises from the sharing of a common internal time between particles, and black holes are interpreted as regions where external time cannot fully synchronize with the internal time of quantum states. This interpretation does not modify standard quantum mechanics or relativity but offers a conceptual framework linking internal time, entanglement, and extreme gravitational environments.
