Dynamic landscape of tandem 3’UTRs during zebrafish development

Here we profiled tandem poly(A) events in a genome-wide scale during the entire embryonic development of zebrafish (Danio rerio) by the SAPAS strategy. Eight time points across all the major developmental stages (except cleavage period) were sampled, with one lane of the Illumina Genome Analyzer 2 platform for each time point.
