The ongoing eRosita survey openPareRASSclosePar is expected to discover several millions of new X-ray sources and double the number of known Galactic X-ray binaries openParXRBsclosePar. This will help to clarify several long-standing questions related to the accretion physics in low-luminosity XRB comma their numbers comma origin comma and evolution. To fully realise this potential comma follow-up observations in X-ray and other bands are comma however comma essential. Here we propose to start the exploration of this new exciting dataset with XMM-Newton and follow-up several new High mass X-ray binary openParHMXBclosePar candidates identified with Rosita in order to confirm preliminary identification and study their X-ray properties in detail.
