DNA of rhizosphere soil samples (0.5 g) was extracted by using a FastDNA spin kit for soil (MB Biomedical LLC, Ohio, USA), and the spectrophotometry (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., Waltham, MA, USA) was used to determine the quantity and quality of the DNA. Each of the DNA samples was amplified separately using the fusion primer pair ITS1F (5'-CTTGGTCATTTAGAGGAAGTAA-3'), and ITS2 (5'-GCTGCGTTCTTCATCGATGC-3') for fungi to generate PCR fragments. Preparing Library and sequencing used an Illumina MiSeq paired-end 300 bp protocol (Illumina, Inc., San Diego, CA, USA), and they were performed and finished in Biomarker Technologies (Beijing. China)
