资源简介:
Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is a complex cardiovascular syndrome closely associated with metabolic disorders, systemic inflammation, and endothelial dysfunction. Emerging evidence suggests that the gut microbiota plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of HFpEF through microbiota-derived metabolites and host metabolic regulation. In this project, fecal samples were collected from mice subjected to a high-fat diet induced HFpEF model to characterize gut microbial composition using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The dataset aims to identify alterations in gut microbiota structure associated with HFpEF and to provide insights into potential microbiota-mediated mechanisms involved in disease progression and cardiometabolic dysfunction. The sequencing data generated in this project will serve as a valuable resource for investigating host microbiota interactions in HFpEF and for exploring microbiota-targeted therapeutic strategies.
