The 1995 documentation provides additional context and descriptive information that remains relevant to the users of this data collection. Some variables in the 1995 file were suppressed to protect respondent confidentiality. In Part 1, for cases that are not recorded as recurring, the incident case is coded as zero when there is a prevalent case.
