5G智慧工厂建设方案利用5G大带宽、低时延、广连接的特点提高制造业生产过程中网络传输可靠性,解决工厂利用有线、wifi等网络接入的网络瓶颈,通过部署5G专网,结合数据采集、MES系统、5G+PLC、能源管理、人员定位、智能监控、AGV、环境监测以及管理中心等智能应用,实现对制造业生产过程相关产品的全生命周期、生产计划安排、车间作业调度、物料配套、作业执行、质量检验、生产过程采集、仓库管理、人员管理、能源管理等管理要素的生产管控,将工厂打造成过程规范、实时可控、数据安全的智能化生产工厂。最终,赋能新质生产力的发展。1. 总体网络设计5G智慧工厂解决方案是以5G专网为依托对车间网络进行升级实现5G网络覆盖,结合有线网络实现有线无线的主备传输,总体网络方案包括有线网络以及5G网络部分。Ø 5G网络5G网络部分在现场部署大功率基站,实现对工厂的5G网络覆盖,在遮挡严重的区域部署皮站RRU实现补盲,5G网络与有线网络进行互联互通。Ø 有线网络接入层:将各种生产设备接入到生产网络,接入交换机连接5G工业网关(CPE)实现有线无线的网络主备。汇聚层:有线部分汇聚交换机连接接入交换机实现网络的策略的连接。核心层:核心层部署核心交换机实现有线网络互备。应用层:部署智能工厂应用服务器,包括AGV、MES系统、视频监控、人员定位等各个系统,并通过管理中心对生产过程管理进行可视化展示。设备层:包括生产设备以及带有5G终端模块的环境采集设备、AGV、PDA等5G智能设备、通过有线连接的定位基站、视频监控摄像头等用于安防以及人员管理的智能设备2. 总体功能架构本方案通过5G专网、数据采集、MES系统、5G+PLC、能源管理、人员定位、智能监控、环境监测以及管理中心等智能应用实现5G智慧工厂建设。功能架构如下。 3. 详细方案设计详细方案设计以总体网络以及总体功能架构为基础对5G专网、MES系统、智能安防、实景车间、环境监测、能源管理、人员定位、管理中心等各功能模块进行详细的方案设计。3.1. 5G专网5G专网建设主要涉及5G核心网、5G NR大功率基站系统由5G NR基带接入单元(BBU)和5G NR射频拉远单元(RRU)组成,BBU和RRU之间采用光纤连接。通过大功率基站进行厂区的覆盖,对于遮挡严重区域部署小基站进行补盲,实现厂区各个区域的网络覆盖。智能应用服务通过5G网络获取智能设备数据、实现工厂里环境监测数据、设备生产数据、能源数据等生产信息的互联与展示。3.2. MES系统MES系统建设是对工厂生产过程全工序的生产执行进行管理,系统获取ERP主生产计划,根据物料BOM生成物料需求清单以及生产计划,通过调度系统将生产指令下发给机台进行生产,车间搭建5G网络,可连接生产设备、PDA、AGV、环境监测等无线终端设备,获取生产过程数据、环境监测数据等进行无线设备巡检、工序之间的物料流转、出入库智能搬运等功能,实现生产过程人、机、料、法、环、测等要素的互联管控。3.3. 智能安防智能安防建设是应用于厂区,通过部署高清摄像头、门禁系统等实现对工厂关键区域,例如办公区、车间通道、设备操作、管控区域、原材料仓库等实现网络监控的全覆盖,为工厂提供安全的生产、办公环境。智能门禁建设实现重要场所出入口的安全管理,对门禁资源、人员、权限、报警等进行一体化管理。控制端对门禁资源进行统一的操作管理,对报警、事件实现中心化管理。3.4. AR实景车间通过对接MES系统,基于AR实景地图,有效整合各种生产设备、环保监测数据资源,通过数据与视频结合实现数据的互通,在视频中通过AR标签的形式将数据叠加到视频码流中,实现车间生产数据在监控视频中的实时展示。3.5. 环境监测环境监测系统结合智能工厂5G大带宽、低时延、广连接的现有网络,在工厂重点区域部署不同环境监测传感设备,进行环保监测数据的收集、统计和管理,通过数据可视化监测平台实现包括实时数据、历史数据、数据分析、报表查看和数据报警等功能。促进5G与工业制造的深度融合,逐步实现工厂智能化升级。3.6. 能源管理能源管理系统是通过对蒸汽计量管理系统、生产用水计量管理系统、压缩空气计量管理系统、生产用电计量管理系统等各个子系统的生产能源数据进行自动采集,进行分析、加工、处理实现对能源设备的能源计划、能源实绩、能源优化调度、能源平衡、能源使用异常报警等全方位检测和管理。3.7. 人员定位人员定位系统采用先进的UWB技术,实现对工厂来访人员、安保人员、设备巡检人员以及其他关键人员的实时定位,有效地加强对工厂人员的安全管理,直观及时地反映厂区内的作业情况、人员状况,提高人员安全保障的力度及效率。3.8. 管理中心管理中心建设方案是应用于工厂调度管理面向厂区的指挥中心大屏,利用大数据显示功能以及多机协同管理机制,支持大屏、多屏、超大分辨率等显示情景。整合厂区现有信息系统的数据资源,实现5G智慧工厂综合展示平台、生产全过程、视频监控、仓储出入库、能源监测、环保监测、人员定位等多种数据的可视化展示。

1. Overall Network Design
The 5G smart factory solution relies on 5G private networks to upgrade the workshop network and achieve 5G network coverage, combined with wired networks to realize active-standby transmission of wired and wireless networks. The overall network plan includes wired network and 5G network parts.
• 5G Network: The 5G network part deploys high-power base stations on-site to achieve 5G network coverage of the factory, and deploys pico stations RRU to fill coverage blind spots in areas with severe obstructions. The 5G network is interconnected with the wired network.
• Wired Network: Access layer: Connect various production equipment to the production network, and the access switch connects to the 5G industrial gateway (Customer Premises Equipment, CPE) to realize active-standby wired and wireless network transmission. Aggregation layer: The wired aggregation switch connects to the access switch to realize network policy connection. Core layer: Deploy core switches in the core layer to realize mutual backup of the wired network. Application layer: Deploy intelligent factory application servers, including various systems such as AGVs, MES, video monitoring, and personnel positioning, and visually display production process management through the management center. Equipment layer: Includes production equipment, environmental collection equipment with 5G terminal modules, 5G intelligent equipment such as AGVs and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), and intelligent equipment for security and personnel management such as positioning base stations and video surveillance cameras connected via wired connections.
2. Overall Functional Architecture
This solution realizes the construction of 5G smart factory through intelligent applications such as 5G private networks, data collection, MES, 5G+PLC, energy management, personnel positioning, intelligent monitoring, environmental monitoring and management centers. The functional architecture is as follows.
3. Detailed Solution Design
Based on the overall network and overall functional architecture, the detailed solution design conducts detailed plan design for each functional module including 5G private network, MES, intelligent security, AR smart workshop, environmental monitoring, energy management, personnel positioning, management center, etc.
3.1 5G Private Network
The construction of 5G private network mainly involves 5G core network and 5G NR high-power base station system, which consists of 5G NR Baseband Unit (BBU) and 5G NR Radio Remote Unit (RRU). Optical fiber connection is adopted between BBU and RRU. High-power base stations are used to cover the factory area, and small base stations are deployed in areas with severe obstructions to fill coverage blind spots, realizing network coverage in all areas of the factory. Intelligent application services obtain intelligent equipment data through the 5G network, and realize interconnection and display of production information such as environmental monitoring data, equipment production data, and energy data in the factory.
3.2 MES System
The construction of MES manages the production execution of all processes in the factory production process. The system obtains the ERP master production plan, generates material demand lists and production plans according to the material BOM, and issues production instructions to the machine tools through the scheduling system for production. The workshop is equipped with a 5G network, which can connect wireless terminal equipment such as production equipment, PDAs, AGVs, and environmental monitoring devices, and obtain production process data and environmental monitoring data to realize functions such as wireless equipment inspection, material circulation between processes, and intelligent handling of warehouse inbound and outbound, realizing interconnected management and control over elements such as people, machines, materials, methods, environments, and inspection in the production process.
3.3 Intelligent Security
Intelligent security construction is applied to the factory area, and realizes full coverage of network monitoring over key areas of the factory, such as office areas, workshop passages, equipment operation areas, control areas, raw material warehouses, etc., by deploying high-definition cameras, access control systems, etc., to provide a safe production and office environment for the factory. The intelligent access control construction realizes the security management of the entrances and exits of important places, and carries out integrated management of access control resources, personnel, permissions, alarms, etc. The control end conducts unified operation management of access control resources, and realizes centralized management of alarms and events.
3.4 AR Smart Workshop
By docking with the MES system, based on the AR real-world map, it effectively integrates various production equipment and environmental monitoring data resources, realizes data interconnection through the combination of data and video, and superimposes data into the video stream in the form of AR tags in the video, realizing real-time display of workshop production data in the monitoring video.
3.5 Environmental Monitoring
The environmental monitoring system combines the existing 5G network of the intelligent factory with high bandwidth, low latency and massive connectivity, deploys different environmental monitoring sensor devices in key areas of the factory to collect, count and manage environmental protection monitoring data, and realizes functions including real-time data, historical data, data analysis, report viewing and data alarm through the data visualization monitoring platform. It promotes the in-depth integration of 5G and industrial manufacturing, and gradually realizes the intelligent upgrading of the factory.
3.6 Energy Management
The energy management system automatically collects production energy data of various subsystems such as steam metering management system, production water metering management system, compressed air metering management system, and production electricity metering management system, and conducts analysis, processing and treatment to realize all-round detection and management of energy equipment's energy plan, energy performance, energy optimal scheduling, energy balance, abnormal energy use alarms and other aspects.
3.7 Personnel Positioning
The personnel positioning system uses advanced Ultra Wide Band (UWB) technology to realize real-time positioning of factory visitors, security personnel, equipment inspection personnel and other key personnel, effectively strengthening the safety management of factory personnel, intuitively and timely reflecting the operation status and personnel conditions in the factory area, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of personnel safety guarantee.
3.8 Management Center
The management center construction plan is applied to the factory dispatching management, facing the command center large screen of the factory area, and uses big data display functions and multi-machine collaborative management mechanism to support display scenarios such as large screens, multi-screens, and ultra-high resolution.
