资源简介:
In this study, we determined the stable isotope fractionation of hydrogen and carbon during CH3Cl degradation in soil. Furthermore, we investigated the influence of different temperatures, CH3Cl mixing ratios as well as different land use types on stable isotope fractionation, degradation rates and microbial diversity. We also investigated if CH3Cl degradation in soil could be correlated with the occurrence of specific bacterial taxa potentially active in the degradation of CH3Cl.
