To determine the lncRNA expression profile in Lung adenocarcinoma (LAD) with or without lymph node metastasis and matched non-tumor tissues, we uesed lncRNA microArray analysis form Arraystar to examine the expression of lncRNAs in LAD with or without lymph node metastasis and matched non-tumor tissues. Overall design: Lung adenocarcinoma tissues from LAD surgery were distributed into three experimental groups: normal lung tissue group,LAD tissues without lymph node metastasis group,and LAD tissues with lymph node metastasis group, then perform lncRNAs chips by Arraystar Human lncRNAs chip (Arraystar)
