Oklahoma Mesonet Sites

The Oklahoma Mesonet is a statewide network of automated weather monitoring stations designed to provide high-quality, real-time weather data. The Mesonet consists of 120 stations located throughout Oklahoma, ensuring comprehensive coverage across diverse geographic regions, including urban areas, rural farmland, and natural landscapes. Each site is equipped with a standard suite of instruments mounted on a 10-meter tower. These instruments include sensors for measuring various meteorological parameters and are solar-powered with battery backup to ensure continuous operation. This dataset includes the geospatial information of Mesonet sites in the format of Geojson.
