This dataset contains clinical and functional assessment data from a cross-sectional study investigating sleep disturbances and muscle strength in patients with cancer undergoing chemotherapy treatment. The data were collected from 50 patients (sex: female and male) receiving chemotherapy at a oncology reference center.
