资源简介:
Aspergillus fumigatus is an opportunistic fungal pathogen causing deadly infections in immunocompromised patients. Genes essential for fungal survival as well as important for cell wall synthesis are considered as potential drug targets. PGI is a key glycolytic enzyme linking glycolysis and pentose phosphate pathway, therefore has been widely taken as the target for metabolic regulation and as the therapeutic target for hypoxia-related diseases. Our aim was to reveal the metabolic pathways affected by PGI deletion by transcriptome analysis.
