资源简介:
Hypertension is a genetic and environmental factors caused by the interaction ofsalt, salt is one of the important environmental factors. Chinese medicine healththeory emphasizes the limited salt on the prevention of cardiovascular and othercardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases longevity, has become a hot spot inclinical research of Chinese medicine. Based on the Neijing concept of "salt winsblood", the research group carried out a laboratory study on "high salt diet -blood stasis - blood pressure" in the last natural fund, the results showed that:blood stasis is the key pathology of high salt caused by high blood pressure, andthe results showed that blood stasis was the key pathology of high blood saltcaused by high salt diet and blood stasis-blood pressure in the last natural fund. One of the mechanisms, high salt caused by the presence of vascular endothelialdysfunction in pathological changes. By activating blood to resolve stasis drugssalvia miltiorrhiza can effectively improve the high salt endothelial functiondamage caused by high blood pressure. However, the optimal time period for theintervention of low-salt diet and Salvia miltiorrhiza in the prevention andtreatment of vascular endothelial function is not yet addressed. In view of thisblank area, the project from the vascular endothelial function entrance to observethe different time window under the low salt diet and salvia affect the bloodpressure, Aging relationship analysis, to correct the prevention of hypertension, clinical treatment program to provide support to effectively reduce High bloodpressure, morbidity and mortality. The effects of low salinity and salviamiltiorrhiza on endothelial function were discussed from the perspective ofepigenetic DNA methylation. From a new perspective on a low salt diet and salviamiltiorrhiza cardiovascular disease prevention and control of high blood pressure.
