资源简介:
Mucosa-associated invariant T (MAIT) cells recognize microbial-derived riboflavin metabolites presented by the evolutionarily conserved MR1 molecule. Their persistent loss in chronic HIV-1 infection is a significant insult to antimicrobial immune defenses. Here we explore MAIT cell dynamics in the critical acute stages of HIV-1 infection for the first time We FACS sorted MAIT cells identified as Va7.2+ CD161++ of CD3+ T cells from cryopreserved human peripheral blood and performed bulk RNAseq on these cells.
