PIGA mutations in T-cell clones isolated from recipients who received alemtuzumab-based T-cell depleted allogeneic stem cell transplantation and from a healthy donor. A highly polyclonal mutational landscape in the PIGA gene results in loss of CD52 expression from the T-cell membrane due to loss of GPI-anchor expression.
