To study PRSS8 gene function. We used microarrays to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of the PRSS8-mediated inhibition of tumor formation and metastasis. Human colon cancer HCT116 cells were transiently transfected with PRSS8 expression plasmids or the vector control and collected for gene profiling using the Affymetrix Platform.
