Bacterial community analysis in soils collected in urban environments

The main aim of the research was to investigate and compare the bacterial community composition and function in both the rhizosphere and bulk soil, using rhizobox systems planted with Quercus cerris L. seedlings and filled with soils collected from three different urban areas in Campobasso city (Molise region, southern Italy).
