The objective of this experiment was to use transcriptional profiling of skeletal muscle to develop a better understanding of the function of Rps27l overexpression in mice. As we generated muscle-specific Rps27l knock in mice (M-KI) and the negative control group (f/f), total 4 quadriceps femoris muscle were dissected from each group at the age of 2-month old. These files are transcriptome sequencing raw data from 8 mice.
