Processed datasets and workflow for global ecosystem service value losses under sea-level rise

This dataset contains the processed datasets and reproducible workflow generated for the global assessment of sea-level-rise-induced ecosystem service value (ESV) losses. Dataset S1 provides the ecosystem service valuation database used in this study, including country–ecosystem unit values, ecosystem service categories, valuation source levels, numbers of valuation observations, and supporting primary studies. Dataset S2 provides country-level ecosystem service value projections, sea-level-rise-induced ESV losses under five SSP scenarios (SSP1-1.9, SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, SSP3-7.0, and SSP5-8.5), absolute and relative loss estimates, and country-level fitted model coefficients. The accompanying workflow contains the complete analytical pipeline for data processing, income-adjusted ecosystem service valuation, ecosystem service value projection, sea-level-rise impact assessment, inequality analysis, and figure generation. The dataset supports the reproducibility of the analyses reported in the associated manuscript. Original third-party datasets, including source land-cover, sea-level-rise, and socioeconomic datasets, are not redistributed due to their respective data policies.
