<p>This ACS dataset contains 2015 and 2023 5-year estimates for Detroit's population 0-8 by 2013 City Council District. The B09001 ACS table was used to calculated these aggregations. Data was pulled at tract level and then aggregated to a city council district based on the district where the tract's centroid was located.
