Bulk RNA sequencing of skeletal muscle from female NSG mice implanted with HER2/neu+ patient-derived xenograft tumors. Sequencing was performed in one tibialis anterior (TA) muscle from each animal. Animals were treated with pioglitazone or vehicle (Captisol) for 28 days via oral gavage. Treatment groups in file names abbreviated as pioglitazone (PIO) and vehicle (VEH).
