Radiative-convective planetary structure calculations used in InverseAGNI retrieval tool and presented within Nicholls+2026 (MNRAS). Code The interior structure is solved with the Zalmoxis planetary interior code, which considers a silicate mantle and metallic iron core. Zalmoxis source code is packaged within a ZIP file of this record. The results of running Zalmoxis for planets with mass 1-10 Mearth and various core mass fractions are packaged inside `paperdata_interior.zip`. The atmosphere structure is solved with the AGNI climate model, which handles arbitrary gas compositions and real equations of state. This data is based on AGNI version 1.8.9, which is also archived on Zenodo: https://zenodo.org/records/18832601 Simulations for each grid were dispatched using tooling within the AGNI repository, across multiple worker processes on the Habrok HPC cluster. Simulation grid data Multiple simulation grids are stored within this Zenodo record, packaged as ZIP files. Each ZIP file contains the same file names: `base.toml` - the base AGNI configuration file used to define the climate calculations. `logs.zip` - log files, one from each worker processes used to generate the simulation grid. `slurm*.log` - log files from SLURM job used to generate the simulation grid. `gridpoints.csv` - independent variables defining the grid point, where dimensions are flattened such that each row represents a single grid point. `consolidated_table.csv` - table of resultant output scalar variables in the same flattened structure as `gridpoints.csv`. `consolidated_profs.nc` - NetCDF4 file of atmosphere temperature, pressure, and radius profiles of each grid point. `consolidated_emits.csv` - table of top-of-atmosphere outgoing emission spectra (W/m^2) with one row per grid point, where columns correspond to wavelength bins and the first (header) row represents bin-centre wavelengths (nm). The grids are differentiated by their axes and configuration parameters: `grid_022` - the main data to be used in most cases. `grid_023`- same as `grid_022` but with weaker convergence criteria (should be avoided) but better coverage. `grid_018` - a smaller grid but with stronger convergence criteria, and instead setting $T_{int}=0$.
