Studies of brain metastasis of lung cancer cells.

As the most common primary tumor with central nervous system metastasis, lung cancer occurs in about 30% of advanced patients with brain metastasis, but its molecular mechanism has not been fully elucidated. This study used whole exome sequencing (WES) technology to systematically explore the driving genes, molecular characteristics, and potential therapeutic targets of lung cancer brain metastasis.
