资源简介:
Currently, environmental forensics for groundwater pollutions is mainly relied on the analysis of hydrology and chemistry evidence. The microbiological evidence analysis is also compulsory but still in its infancy. This study applies the cutting-edge molecular biotechnology such as next-generation high-throughput sequencing and hierarchical oligonucleotide primer extension to analyze the microbial community structure and abundance of the anaerobic dechlorinators in the polychlorinated ethylene contaminating sites with an attempt to build up the relevant microbial fingerprint and indictor microorganism database. Combined the association with population dynamics during the reductive dechlorination, it is intended to deliver microbial tracking forensic technology, with the outcome from which also provide microbiology knowledge needed for improving the bioremediation of the polychlorinated ethylene pollution.
