Our data indicated that the mitigation of EAE with pseudolycorine chloride comes from its ability to target a range of anti-inflammatory pathways, including inhibition of the differentiation of M-MDSCs and proliferation of MDSCs both in vitro and in vivo, decrease in inflammatory infiltration and demyelination in the spinal cord, and preventing the migration of MDSCs and related Th17 cells to the CNS.
