Long-read PacBio Sequencing of Chionographis japonica

This study aims for a broader knowledge about the organization and diversity of the independently evolved holocentromeres and their interplay with the large-scale genome architecture and chromatin composition, we resolved the centromere and (epi)genome organization of the plant Chionographis japonica. Long-read PacBio Sequencing was performed with high molecular weight DNA of Chionographis japonica, isolated from root cultures.
