Development and verification of a lipotoxicity-related gene signature for prediction of prognosis and immune landscape in colorectal cancer

Altogether five prognostic LRGs were determined for CRC, and a new CRC risk model was developed and validated. These analyses dissected the critical role of LRGs in CRC and enhanced our understanding of clinical interventions for CRC.
