Bridging Sensory Science and Economic Value

This dataset contains sensory evaluation scores and Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) scores used in the study ‘Bridging Sensory Science and Economic Value: A Framework for Specialty Coffee Assessment.’ It includes intensity ratings for aroma, flavor, body, acidity, sweetness, aftertaste, and composite CVA scores for coffee samples, along with relevant metadata and reference standards used for calibration. Data can be used to reproduce analyses and support further research in specialty coffee evaluation.
